CORE Achieve course terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions (including technical requirements) apply to the CORE Achieve courses. They must also be read in conjunction with other CORE Education policies.

Technology Requirements

  • An Internet connection, broadband speeds preferred.
  • A Web browser:
    • Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
    • Firefox 3.0 or higher
    • Safari 5.0 or higher
    • Google Chrome 10.0 or higher.
    • Windows: Internet Explorer 5.5 is recommended.
  • Your Web browser should be able to accommodate both JavaScript and Java (and be enabled).
  • An e-mail account.
  • Headphones and microphone, camera optional.

Registration terms

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces in each course are limited to the first 25 participants (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be received in full before the start date of the course as shown in the course information on the CORE Achieve website. Payment can be made online via the CORE Achieve website.

Refund policy

Requests for refunds of registration fee MUST be received 10 (ten) calendar days before the start date of the course. Requests made in this time will be made minus a 10% administration fee. Requests received for a refund less than ten days before course start will be considered at the discretion of CORE Education.

Program cancellation

CORE Education reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events not within CORE Education's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.

CORE Education reserves the right to substitute course facilitators in the unlikely event that facilitators listed cannot conduct the courses. Substitution of course facilitators is not a cause for refund.
