This approach has been developed by drawing from CORE's own research and external sources including the Best Evidence Synthesis and INSTEP.
Principles underpinning our programme include:
- Maintaining a blend of theory and practice
- Promoting participation and the sharing of ideas
- Giving opportunities to apply skills and knowledge within the context of the learner
CORE Achieve courses provide an opportunity for individuals to develop the knowledge and skills to underpin their professional practice. Instruct and Inquire courses can be provided to whole schools or clusters and allow for ‘virtual staff meetings’ supplemented by online course materials to cater for specific learning contexts.
