The portfolio of research projects carried out by the CORE Education research team.
The purpose of this project was to determine access and use of ICTs in the Canterbury Muslim and Halal Slaughtermen’s communities. The intention was to use the findings to support future funding applications to improve ICT access and skills within the target communities.
News
The research strand programme at ULearn11 this year includes the presentation of eight papers, and a panel discussion led by Niki Davis, Professor of e-Learning at the University of Canterbury. The conference proceedings will be available in Term 4, 2011.

eLearnings: implementing a national strategy for ICT in Education, 1998–2010
2010 was an important year in the history of ICT in New Zealand, and to recognise this CORE Education published a book celebrating a decade of the implementation of a National ICT Strategy for Education in New Zealand (1998–2010).
