The CORE Education Travel Scholarship recognises New Zealand teachers' contributions to educational thinking, by awarding a travel grant to attend an international educational event.
To enter, teachers must produce and submit a thought-provoking piece, demonstrating their desire to pursue a line of inquiry that will contribute significantly to educational thought. This perspective can take any form, but should relate to CORE's mission to push the boundaries of educational possibility. Travel Scholarship applicants will share CORE's vision to produce innovative, effective, and equitable teaching and learning practice through research, collaboration, and inquiry.
Applications are now open for the CORE Travel Scholarship 2014:
The winner for the CORE Travel Scholarship 2012-13 was Wayne Duncan.
