Ulearn11: the numbers
Wonderful support for New Zealand's premier educators conference is still apparent with the numbers for ULearn11 reaching the 1500 mark.
This year we have slightly higher secondary attendees with 26% of the delegates. Primary lead with a total of 66%, while the balance of the delegates come from tertiary, early years, and exhibitors. Leadership teams make up 20% of the audience, while lead teachers and teachers lead from the front with 70%.

Ministry news
The Government has committed to providing ninety seven per cent of NZ schools with access to ultra-fast broadband within the next six years, on the back of its $1.5 billion national fibre rollout being overseen by the Ministry of Economic Development.
The Ministry of Education is helping schools get ready to make full use of ultrafast broadband when it becomes available. Check out the work happening in the Ministry’s ultra-fast broadband in schools programme at:-
