Global Communities

This Global Communities workshop is based on UNESCO's four pillars of learning - Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to be and Learning to live together are the basis of this full day workshop. Delegates with Liz Stevenson's guidance, will be taking a look at some Inquiry models and seeing how our work in schools can be usefully extended by participating in TakingITGlobal, iEARN and ePals.

Communicating Powerfully with Photography

Photography is the only communication media that is across all cultures, languages, age groups and levels of literacy! In the past, digital photography workshops have covered the capture and editing process only. Stuart Hale's workshop will cover the important aspects of how to communicate with photography in a powerful but simple way and will examine such things as the composition of photographs.
