Accommodation

Arranging accommodation is the responsibility of delegates or their schools/organisations. A variety of hotel accommodation has been reserved within easy walking distance of the Christchurch Convention Centre. Please contact these yourself and quote the booking reference provided below for each venue. The conference takes no commission. The bookings have been made to ensure plenty of accommodation at the best possible rates.

Payment

You will be asked to provide credit card details. Payment for accommodation is your responsibility and any default or failure to cancel is also your responsibility. Hotel prices except the Fino include GST. New Zealand GST is 12.5%.

The Latimer Hotel

The Latimer is situated on Latimer Square and has space available at the time of our conference. However, no rooms are set aside at this stage for Ulearn10.

Windsor Bed & Breakfast Hotel

The Windsor Hotel is very close to the venues at 52 Armagh St.  No rooms are set aside but they welcome enquiries on 03 366 1503 or freephone 0800 366 1503.  Their rates are available at www.windsorhotel.co.nz and they are offering a 10% discount to anyone attending the conference.  You can email them at reservations@windsorhotel.co.nz .
