Security

Because there is a great deal of equipment used at ULearn11, both during the conference programme and in the trade exhibition, security will be provided at all conference venues. This will exist in a variety of forms:

• Room support personnel will be on site at each room to ensure that only delegates registered for a workshop will be able to attend it. This is especially important for equipment-based hands-on sessions, where equipment and space may be limited.
• Technical Support personnel will be available to support, as required.
• Volunteer delegates will act as security support in addition to uniformed security guards.

Please ensure that you hold on to your laptops and personal belongings, clearly label all of your equipment, and ensure that you wear your conference lanyard with your name tag clearly visible at all times.
