Over the past ten years, Michael has produced hundreds of videos for CORE and its clients. As demand has grown for video, the CORE Digital team has grown and Michael, with his longtime boss Jedd Bartlett, now leads a team of six skilled videographers, animators, illustrators and writers.
Before studying English, Michael worked in the film industry both in New Zealand and London. During his seven years in the industry he worked on films, television programmes, music videos, and commercials.
Michael's knowledge and experience of both film and education gives him a unique blend of skills that makes him perfect for his role at CORE Education.

Personal statement
I live in Wellington with my wife, son and cat. I love to make creative and engaging content with our talented team. Effective communication is very important to me and understanding and respecting our audience is vital when taking part in a largely one-way conversation such as video.
