Extending classroom practices with Google Suite


Do you have some experience in the Google and Google Suite environment but want to take things further?  

In this workshop you will explore how Google Apps can provide your students with opportunities to communicate, collaborate, and create in a modern learning classroom. 

You will learn how Google Apps can be used to support your planning, administration, and teaching. Real-classroom examples of how teachers are using Google Apps will be explored and ways of integrating collaborative ways of working will be shared.

Please note you should bring your Chromebook Laptop with Chrome installed to this workshop. You will need access to your Google username and password.

Learning outcomes

  • begin using extensions, customisations and advanced features of the Google Suite
  • explore the potential of the Google Suite to support teacher collaboration and administrative responsibilities.
