How many can complete the review?
The review tool is completed online by individuals, and the number of individual participants completing it at any one time can range from 1 - 100+.

What will the review tell me?
The equity review tool takes teams and leaders through a series of questions that assess participants’ internal awareness of current workplace equity practices. A digital aggregation of responses produces a collective workplace view.

What’s next once I have completed the tool?
The equity review tool is part of a package that includes facilitated learning. When you have finished the tool you will be able to access customised sessions with an experienced facilitator – one for teams and one for leaders. These will help you to unpack the findings and discuss them in a safe and supportive way. The baseline data, and the follow-up discussion, give you a place to start designing an workplace equity plan.
